Inspira's pricing structure is simple and approachable. With our on-demand platform, you can take advantage of the many SaaS (Software as a Service) efficiencies that allow for greater flexibility in upgrades with little impact on your internal IT resources. Since we host your community pages, the main driver of your fees is your recurring monthly page views.

Your community pricing is based on three components: a one time setup and development fee, recurring monthly usage and view fees, and optional fees for additional services.

 
Setup
  • Customize the UI with client’s brand adding Logo
  • Pre-Launch setups (default package based upon default rules)
  • Planning, moderation, and community management best practices training guide
 
Recurring Services (included in annual fee):
  • Hosted E 2.0 and/or Mobile Productivity applications
  • Client Side Site Administration including: master administration, user management, reporting, and tools
  • Site Administration training (1 day)
  • Maintenance including: tuning, updates, version upgrades, and 24/7 production monitoring
  • Bronze Support
 
Optional Services:
  • Enterprise integration: CRM, SCM, SFA, PRM…corporate data warehouse
  • E 2.0 Embedded modules – Projects, Calendars, Tag Clouds and People Map (optional until we have it in our standard offering)
