Ravi is a co-founder of Inspira. He brings over 17 years of operations and financial management experience to the organization. As the President, he runs worldwide operations for Inspira. He was instrumental in the incorporation of Inspira in the US. Prior to founding Inspira, he was the General Manager, operations of an engineering and manufacturing industry in India. As the founder and President, he carries the vision for Inspira and is responsible for driving sales and company's growth. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, India.

Murthy has over 25 years of IT solutions delivery experience with industry majors like Tata Consultancy Services India and Unisys Corporation USA. He also worked with India’s top manufacturing companies Tata Motors Limited and ITC Limited, building their enterprise solutions. As General Manager with SEEC, started the Phillip Morris Application Management Centre in Hyderabad (for IRG-iGate) and Responsible for the formation of Insurance product development group; executed several projects in US, U.K, Canada, Hong Kong and Ireland. With Unisys Corp USA, executed projects for CITI Bank Savings of Illinois, Hong Kong Shanghai Bank, Toronto Dominion Bank, Royal Bank of Canada,  Ben. Franklin Savings Corp, New York Clearance House, Credit Union Centre of Alberta Canada, Coco Channel Corp. etc. He holds a Masters in Electronics from Andhra University India.  Studied M.S. Computer Science at Pennsylvania State University, USA and is a Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) from Project Management Institute, USA.

Mr. Winters brings over 20 years leadership in Internet and Mobility technologies to Inspira, where he is building Enterprise 2.0 and Mobility product and solution strategy. His previous role, Vice President of Operations at Playphone, Inc. Jon was responsible for Business and Technical Operations scaling the company for global operations. Before joining Playphone, Mr. Winters was Vice President of Services at Paciolan where he led the optimization of company services and their operations.

At public company Digital Bridge, Jon was Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. There he was responsible for the development and implementation of global business model, solution strategy, operations, and services; he also led the development of emerging wireless solutions in the nascent mobile market. Additionally, he participated in the World Congress on Information Technology and US DOC Trade Missions on Information Technology. Mr. Winters’ past positions included Director and Consulting Practice Leader at Oracle as well as executive and management roles at iManage, American Express, and Bechtel.

Ramana has 20 years of working experience. Prior to joining Inspira, he was with major automotive industries in India like Mahindra & Mahindra and Hyundai Motor India Limited. He specializes in Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems. He is a qualified Lead Assessor for ISO 9000 Quality Systems. He has undergone a formal training in SEI-CMM with STQC, India. He has successfully implemented ISO 9000 Quality Systems in his previous organizations. At Inspira, he was instrumental in driving the ISO 9001 certification process and he is responsible for operations at India Development Centre. He holds degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Roshan co-founded Inspira and Chiplogic. He has 19 years of experience in the Networking Technologies, ASIC and SOC Design. He has extensively worked on EDA tools. Prior to starting Inspira and Chiplogic, he was at Cadence and helped architect and develop various flow-oriented tools. At Chiplogic, he was Vice President of Product Management and Business Development. He was instrumental in ADI's acquisition of Chiplogic. He was very successful in acquiring offshore turnkey deals from fortune 1000 customers. He provides a strategic direction to Inspira in Business Development, Sales and Marketing. Roshan has a Master's degree in CAD/CAM from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU, India.
